How Our Tutoring Service Works
Book your tutoring session online. Still unsure? Contact us to schedule a free consultation. We will discuss your child’s needs, complete a learning style assessment, and match you with a professional tutor who will make your child’s success his/her priority.
A highly-qualified educator arrives at your home or public venue to tutor your child. Each of our tutors are background-checked, friendly and reliable.
We’ll be there to support you and your child through your tutor relationship. If you’re not happy, we’ll fix it!
Our Services
Customized for each student, we provide academic tutoring for 6th-12th grade science and math courses. Face-to-face, online, and group tutoring sessions are available.
We provide test prep for the ACT and SAT exams. Exam structure, test-taking strategies, and keys to success are reviewed. A full-length practice exam is also administered.
Workshops for STEM courses and exam prep are scheduled at various times throughout the year. School break enrichment activities are also offered.
You have total flexibility. There are no contracts whatsoever. Book your lessons directly with your tutor, when you want them.
The hourly fee includes all tutor transport costs and administration fees.
Our automatic online payment system makes your life easy with a simple weekly or monthly invoice.
You can easily pay for lessons with your debit or credit card.
For sessions that are scheduled as needed: payment is required by card at the time of scheduling.
For regularly scheduled weekly sessions: Invoices are generated for the upcoming week and sent to your email each Sunday. Payments are automatically debited three days later. This means you save your credit card details once and everything becomes automated.
You can still check your invoices by checking your monthly e-mail invoice or by logging in to TutorCruncher.
Your payments are completely secure!
We use the leading private tutoring software called TutorCruncher. TutorCruncher uses Stripe Payments, the third party payment processor trusted by big brands such as Pinterest, Kickstarter and Shopify.
This way everything is simple, automated and safe.
We offer free cancellation when you provide 24+ hours notice.
If you provide less than 24 hours notice we reserve the right to charge you for that lesson.
To cancel a lesson, text your tutor with 24+ hours notice.
